HOTEL POLICIES

General Policy

Check in – 14 p.m.

Check out- 12 p.m.

Any check-out after this time must be requested in advance.

Early Check Out Policy:

The hotel reserves the right to charge the full cost of the stay in case of early departure of the guest without prior notice (24h minimum).

Checkout Policy after 12pm:

Must be requested. Please contact the reception at least one day prior. You may be required to pay an additional fee. 

No smoking, but private spaces are available for this purpose.

Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Children Policy:

The Hotel offers cribs, upon request, at no extra cost.

You can also request a crib when making your reservation.

Minimum age Policy:

To check-in at the hotel, guests must have a minimum age of 18 years.

Policy to Unlock Safes:

NEYA Lisboa Hotel is not liable for any object or document that has not been left in their custody. However, the rooms have a safe for your personal use during your stay.

In case of blockade, for 3 consecutive code errors, the safe becomes inaccessible for a period of 30 minutes. However, in an urgent situation, please contact Reception to make an exceptional manual opening, accessible only to authorized personnel. The safe may only be opened in the presence of the guest.

Consumption policy of the mini-bar:

Guest are liable for mini-bar consumption during your stay as well as for consumed items that have not been informed to the reception at check out time. Your credit card will be charged by the hotel in this cases.

Parking

The hotel has private parking for clients and guests.

All cars parked in the park must have identification.

We recommend that you leave your car locked.

The Hotel is not liable for damage to third parties or theft occurred to the car

 

Privacy policy:

Personal data provided is confidential and will not be shared with any other entity. The data will be added to our database only for statistical studies of the Hotel and to inform guests of future promotions, events and news.

Reservation Policies

Guarantee Policy:

In order to access all the services, we require that you have a valid credit card during your stay

Deposit Policy:

In case of unavailable credit card, it may be necessary to make a deposit to guarantee your reservation.

No-show Policy:

In case of no-show, the hotel will charge the first night's stay.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of the reservation on the day of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the first night, except in cases where other conditions have been agreed.

American Express, Visa, Carte Bleue, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard and other internationally accepted.

Consumer Information

Municipal Tourist Tax - Tourism Development Fund:

Lisbon City Council and Hospitality Association of Portugal have established a “Municipal Tourist Tax - Overnight Stays, since January 1, 2016, to tourist establishments in the municipality of Lisbon.

The tax on overnight stays is applied to all guests over the age of thirteen, in the amount of € 1 per person and per overnight stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights per stay. Except for stays motivated by medical services. The revenue will be applied in projects, studies, equipment and infrastructure towards a sustainable growth of tourism in Lisbon.
